Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5–10 business days. This allows us time to prepare, package, and ensure everything meets our quality standards before shipping.

During high-demand periods (such as new drops), processing times may be slightly extended
- Because we use the 3rd party binders that you all love, "Processing Time" begins once we receive the blank binders. Not once you submit your order. If your size/color is not already in our store inventory, an extra 3-5 days may be accounted for blank binder delivery. If you have no preference on the binder branding please leave me a note for faster processing times!
Shipping Time
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances (weather, holidays, etc.), but we will always do our best to help if issues arise.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need help, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.
